Waiting for My Cornbread...

(Note: I wasn't pleased with a few aspects of the first edition so I cleaned them up for a better listening experience.)

This is my first attempt at a multiple-track mashup.  I worked on it long into the night.  Unfortunately, the words, "Cristal, Maybach, diamonds on your timepiece, jet planes, islands, tigers on a gold leash" may be permanently burned into my brain.  They repeated in my head while I slept, when I woke up this morning, and are still going as I type this.

This represents my first attempt at a legitimate mashup, and I'm very pleased with the result...I think I've discovered a new hobby.

I started this project with the intent for it to be a workout mix. About a third of the way through I said, "Uhhh, this might be a party mix."

The response to the first Neptunes mix has been so overwhelmingly positive, and these two musical geniuses have such a prolific body of work that I just had to do it again...and I STILL left a lot of tracks out. Look out for Neptunes III next year. As always, thank you and happy listening.
